As a Hatton Academy Elite Boxing instructor, Alison will take you through your paces in a controlled and safe way, making sure you’re burning calories and having fun doing it.

You’ll be taught proper guard stance and how to throw (and catch) punches safely. Defensive manoeuvres like duck and weaves, slip steps and effective counter punches. Varying difficulty combinations including jabs, uppercuts, crosses hooks and body shots.

Always held at the Whitehill & Bordon Leisure Centre, 3 different classes are available a week offering you the chance to participate no matter your schedule. Mondays at 11am, Wednesdays at 4pm, Fridays at 6pm. All 1 hour each.
